They do list their own uninstall page here - Uninstall PC Cleaner Pro It did leave a few files behind and it launches your browser to their page offering you a special offer if you keep their program but you can close that page with no problem. I was able to remove it via Add/Remove on XP and Programs on Windows 7 without much problem. I'm not sure why people are having trouble removing it though.
We do not target the program because it does not meet the criteria to be targeted as adware, malware, or rogue (though some may beg to differ) I have received quite a few complaints that Malwarebytes does not remove PC Cleaner Pro
